Canadian Forces to Receive Additional Force Protection Vehicles
Force Protection, Inc. (NASDAQ: FRPT) today announced that it has received a modification under contract M67854-07-C-5039 for the delivery of 14 of its Buffalo A2 route-clearance vehicles and 34 of its Cougar vehicles to the Canadian Government. The undefinitized contract modification carries a dollar value not to exceed $49.4 million and includes vehicles, spare parts and field support.

Force Protection, Inc. Announces Third Quarter Results
Force Protection, Inc (NASDAQ: FRPT) today announced results for the third quarter, ended September 30, 2008. Net sales for the period were $343.3 million, an increase of 66% versus the prior year’s level of $206.8 million. Net income for the third quarter was also strong, increasing to $19.9 million, or $0.29 per fully diluted share versus the year-ago net loss of ($0.8) million, or ($0.01) per diluted share.

Force Protection Receives Additional Buffalo Vehicle Orders
Force Protection, Inc. (NASDAQ: FRPT) today announced that it has received an additional order under contract W56HZV-08-C-0028 for the delivery of 27 Buffalo A2 route-clearance vehicles. The undefinitized contract modification carries a dollar value not to exceed $26.2 million and fulfills an urgent operational need. These vehicles are to be delivered prior to June 2009.

Buffalo A2 Undergoes Testing at White Sands
The A2 version of the Buffalo mine resistant ambush protected vehicle is currently undergoing testing and evaluation by the Survivability Vulnerability Assessment Directorate at WSMR.

Force Protection Receives Service and Support Orders
