Michael Moody, Chairman

Major General Jack A. Davis, USMC (Ret.)

Jack A. Davis is a retired United States Marine Corps Major General with more than 40 years of leadership experience. Upon college graduation, General Davis began his distinguished military career that included service at every level from an infantry platoon in Vietnam to Commanding General of the 4th Marine Division. He also held various staff positions including Director of Operations , Headquarters Marine Corps in which he oversaw Corps-wide operations, policy and planning. General Davis received the Distinguished Service Medal for his work as the Vice Commander, Marine Corps Forces Atlantic/Deputy Commander Marine Corps Forces Europe before retiring in 2005.

General Davis completed a notable career in law enforcement and served in the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation before retiring in 1999. He currently serves on the board of directors of several public and private organizations and is an adjunct faculty member of Johns Hopkins University. General Davis has served on Force Protection�s Board of Directors since March 2006 and currently serves as a Chairman of the Compensation Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee.

John S. Day

John Day is a certified public accountant with more than 30 years� experience. Mr. Day has served as a director of Force Protection, Inc. since September 2007. Prior to this position, he served as a director at Deloitte & Touche LLP from 2002 to 2005, and as a partner at Arthur Andersen LLP from 1986 to 2002.

Mr. Day has served as the audit and engagement partner on a broad range of large publicly owned clients in a variety of industries. He received an AB in Economics from the University of North Carolina and an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. Mr. Day serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee of Force Protection, Inc., and is also a member of the board of directors of Lenbrook Square Foundation, Inc.
